   The food and service were just the best. We had a table by the window looking out over the harbor with all the private boats. Was just a great experience!

   One of our favorite restaurants, and tonight we were celebrating my husband's birthday. The service is always really good, but tonight Eric took it to another level. He was knowledgeable about the menu and cooking, fun to talk to, and warm, welcoming, and concerned we were enjoying our meal. The grilled fish was delicious and my husband loved his Mediterranean sea bass special. Just a great evening!

   Great meal ! We love the lobster bisque and everyone enjoyed their seafood dinners. Having a round table so we could all visit together was appreciated!

    We’ve been going here since the late 1990’s. We usually go for special occasions, such New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, birthdays, and anniversaries. Lately, things haven’t been the same there. I made a reservation (as always) and requested a window table away from the bar area for New Year’s Eve. The last two visits we were placed at the last table next to the bar area. The problem with that area is the noise and conversations from the bar amplify so much you cannot have a conversation with the person across the table from you. On New Year’s Eve when the hostess starting taking us to that area again, I asked to be seated at one of the other two open window tables away from the bar. She said she couldn’t because they were reserved. I told her I had reservations also, and they were supposed to be away from the bar. To no avail, stuck by the bar again. The sever came and we asked for the breadsticks when placing our drink order. The server nodded and the breadsticks never came nor did the server for quite some time. Just before the main dish was served, the server came back and I asked where the breadsticks were, she said she forgot and went and got some. To top the evening off, my filet mignon arrived, cooked too much. I asked for it with lightly pink inside, and what I got was one cooked completely through with no sign of pink and very dry. By the time the server came back, about 15 minutes later, I said screw it and ate about half of it and asked for a container to take the rest home. I let her know how dry it was and how unhappy I was with the evening. Maybe it’s time to move on to another place for dining, after 25 years, it’s not what it used to be for the prices I’m paying.
