   We reserved a table for Valentine's Day and Open Table offered 2 kinds of reservations: $90 prefix and "standard". I reserved standard knowing $90 pp probably wouldn't be a great value for us (w two kids.) Well there was no standard menu on Valentine's Day which meant we were forced to pay for the prefix or leave. We stayed begrudgingly. We got the same amount of food we'd gotten last we went (when the standard menu was in place) but paid about $100 more overall. Feel like we were robbed. The food is great. The service is great. The value, not so much.

   New menu which we later learned was only temporary. Thank goodness. What is on the menu now is way overpriced. Please bring back the sushi and the pizza. $21 for a Caesar salad????

   Horrible communication. Had a reservation for 8 people TODAY! Everyone driving from far away points to meet at this central Location. Arrived and it’s closed! No one called us to tell us! It’s 20 degrees out and we are waiting in the lot! When I tried calling an answering machine picks up saying sorry we are under renovation until Thursday! Wow. Thanks for taking my reservation and making what was supposed to be a wonderful reunion, a chaotic stressful situation. Waiting for someone to call to apologize from either the restaurant or open table!

   Had higher expectations for this place based on reviews. It must’ve been an off night. Place was empty. Nice views of the river from the dining room. Our server was pleasant and attentive. The food was not enjoyable. My steak was not cooked as requested and I sent it back. I rarely do this but it wasn’t edible. The second attempt was not much better. The ravioli wasn’t fresh but had potential since it was in a delicious sauce. Management acknowledged and was apologetic I would give it a visit again we all make mistakes and the restaurant setting is so nice

   Lovely dinner, a favorite for special occasions, date nights and family celebrations. It was our son's birthday and the staff brought a Ferris wheel of little puff pastries and pots of chocolate and Chantilly cream. The service was very attentive and the food was delicious. The lighting is low, but lovely. The noise is a bit much -- high ceilings and tile walls and pillars, which, I don't know what you can do with that. But, overall, I recommend 3 Westerly for a nice night out.

    Went for brunch today. Very disappointed. We ordered the blueberry pancakes. It was huge. Thick cakelike pancaked. Was expecting pancakes that looked and tasting like pancakes!! Very limited brunch menu
