At 360 Bistro, we have been delighting guests with our creative and innovative cuisine for nearly two decades. Under the expert guidance of Executive Chef Paul Sellas, we offer seasonal menus and daily features that add a unique flair to traditional dishes. Our culinary team is passionate about creating meals that leave a lasting impression.
360 Bistro boasts one of the city's largest wine collections, with over fifty wines by the glass and a special reserve list featuring over 1000 selections, which has garnered Wine Spectator's Best of Award of Excellence distinction for more than a decade. Founded in 2005, Purple Hands celebrates site-specific Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that unearth the Willamette Valley’s long evolutionary history. Cody Wright, owner & winemaker and son of famed Willamette wine pioneer Ken Wright, has been in the cellar his whole life, with stints at home and abroad— following in his family’s footsteps. Growing up with some of Oregon’s finest winemaking and grape-growing mentors gave Cody a passion for quality and a deep understanding of the work it takes to strive for excellence. The name Purple Hands is meant to depict this work: the work of harvest when your hands are purple and black, rugged from long days and nights of pushing yourself to create and sustain quality.

Cute neighborhood restaurant great for date night or any day of the week. I personally love the smaller menu of options to choose from, and they have a variety of select wines, too! The short rib was phenomenal - my wife had the salmon and love it. Attentive service without pestering you. Overall awesome experience, and we’ll be back for sure!

The Valentines Dinner was also a celebration of our 44th wedding anniversary. This is the second time we celebrated this occasion at 360 Bistro! Everything was excellent and the more private dining was a very nice touch this year! Ric and Elizabeth Smith

We went on valentines night and they had a pre fixe menu. My salad was really good as first course, all else was inedible. I am really disappointed because I know a number of people who rave about this restaurant. Lobster bisque was bitter and tasted burnt, salmon croquets were so fishy- could not eat them, we had beef Wellington and sea bass, neither were good, and the chocolate mouse was more like chocolate cake batter. For the price and quality, it was really disappointing .

Very delicious. Well timed courses to allow plenty of time to enjoy before the next course arrives. Overall was pleased with the Valentines Prie-fix menu!

Food was different and better than the competition. However it was more expensive. We asked for the quietest table and were shown to a private room with about 8 tables, which was quiet.

I never question the quality of the food here. I am never disappointed. The only thing that makes it better is when I am lucky enough to sit in Mo's section.

Always outstanding and this was no exception. I loved the tots either caviar appetizer! The Chicken Milanese (my favorite!) was fabulous!!! I’m looking forward to my next visit.
