   I want to start by saying that the food was AMAZING. The environment was cute. The staff was great until I had a question. We had sparklers and all kinds of things. At the end of the meal when it was time to pay I had a question about a non alcoholic beverage I ordered and was still charged $17 for. The response was “you ordered a mojito”. I proceeded to ask a manager to to clarify and got the same response. I then felt like when it came time to pay the whole dynamic changed and everyone had a terrible attitude. I was told to walk over to the physical register to pay when everyone else at my table paid via handheld tablet at the table. I will always give credit where credit is due and like I said the food is amazing but I cannot recommend sitting down in this establishment or if you do don’t ask questions.

   Besides being very loud, the food was over salted, the salmon was too well done and our waitress never returned to ask how our food was until after we had eaten. I appreciated the fact that their portions were large but we were a little shocked that they automatically add 20% service charge to the bill when it does not state that on their menu.

   Our experience was extremely disappointing. Service was slow and inattentive from the start—we waited a long time to be served, only to watch a table seated after us get served first and receive their orders first. The delays continued with our food, which, when it finally arrived, was poorly prepared—my steak was overcooked and cold, while my wife’s pasta was undercooked. They also did not deliver the side item I ordered or a steak knife. Beyond the food, the lack of attention to detail was surprising given the restaurant’s price point. My wife’s cocktail was poorly mixed. Instead of proper cloth napkins or even full size paper napkins, all guests were given small cocktail napkins. You could see other customers visibly frustrated with their service as well. When offered the chance to reorder, we declined and left. The only bright spot was the host, who stood out as the sole professional on staff.

   Ambiance was good however restaurant is not up to par compared to other restaurants nearby. Food was ok but not good enough to want to go back. Our server was nice but not too attentive. We had to ask for water and silverware and even small plates for our bread and appetizers. When we asked for napkins they gave us a couple of small cocktail napkins and we they never refilled our water. For the price point and location of the restaurant is not the level of service you expect. My sister in law order a pasta with sirloin but the protein was almost not existent. Dish had almost no meat it did not look at all as the picture of this plate on the website. Definitely I would not go back. There are a lot of better choices in the area. Not worth the money

    We selected carefully for Valentines day. The appetizers and drinks were very good. However but main plates 1 hit 2 misses. The service while amicable, on a rush. Our plates were removed quickly and some of us were still eating. Seems that they wanted us out quickly to get more customers in, but the place was not full, so I don’t understand the rush.

    Hello Esteban, Valentines day we did have a full house but needless to say the staff was prepared and provided top service to each table individually. Now, like most restaurants, we do implement rules provided and carried out in which no plates are removed without the servers asking if they "may" remove them from the table. Whether nothing is sitting on the plate or food is left to the side our guests are ALWAYS asked.
