   Food came out extremely cold on multiple occasions even after notify the manager. This is a great place but being that it’s prepaid I’m not sure how much they care for quality of their food. Bad experience especially being that it was Valentine’s Day. Place has much potential but I will not be back due to the food itself

   Valentines Day dinner was marketed as choice of steak, salmon, or pasta. They failed to mention it was a catered event & food wasn’t cooked to order, but instead reheated. You can imagine what a reheated filet tasted like. The show started at 8:30, yet tables were still gross from the previous show and there was no organization or communication with staff on where and how patrons should be seated. Show was too notch, but we could’ve had that same experience downstairs with food made fresh and not $75/pp. the drinks weren’t even good. This was disappointing money grab by a very obviously inexperienced event planner

   We paid quite a bit for the Valentines experience. Our salads came out with our food, and the food that did come out wasn’t even warm. The entertainment was okay, and the server seemed like they had forgot about our table. I’ve never been here outside of the Valentine’s day special and I’m not sure that I would be going back.

   All around the experience was ok. Food wasn’t great. Seemed unorganized. The delivery and coordination of the food took away from engaging with the show. I don’t think I would come back and I’m not sure I would recommend it to anyone.

   Overall a fun time; the downstairs aesthetic was more suitable for a night out, the upstairs flower walls in my opinion was not the move. Very random and I would say trying too hard to stand out. The food was terrible. For a $16 burger I was very disappointed. And it’s a burger. But our server was nice and the margaritas were good. I appreciate a spot that doesn’t use a premade mix.

   Such a fun time, staff & service are great. Crowd definitely can change the whole experience so bring your crew to ensure a fun time. Stuck to basic drinks/beer - Margaritas were alllllll mix but whatever. High recommend overall.
