Since opening in 2010, situated steps away from the Union Square Greenmarket, abc kitchen has celebrated community and local producers.     The food was EXCELLENT, the waitress was absolutely sweet, caring, and there but not overbearing, the atmosphere was NIIIIIIICE, and it didn’t feel like a stuffy douschy Manhattan crowd. I’m definitely taking the hubby there again… and maybe soon haha

    Food wasn’t great this weekend.. pizza was floppy and just not great. Butternut squash appetizer was cold and had no real flavor.

    Service was good. The food was not very good given the price point. Fried chicken could have been served at a fast food place. The pasta was uninspired. Black Sea bass was decent but a small portion. Very disappointing

    The food was really good and we were given a quiet table which was fine with us. Someone younger might have been happier in a livlier spot, but we were happy to hear each other.
