What a fantastic dining experience! Where to even begin? I was greeted by Francesca who was welcoming, professional and friendly. I got there a little before my friend Deb arrived and Francesca was very kind about letting me choose where to sit - perfect table in the corner! The restaurant itself is so beautiful - there is something so zen about the vibe there. Hard to put into words. Deb and I ordered the green tahina, eggplant and spicy feta - all three to die for accompanied by delicious bread. Next up - we had the Israeli chopped salad - also scrumptious and we shared the branzino as our entree. Silan for dessert - holy smokes - and a bottle of delicious sparkling rose. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful dining experience and they succeeded in my book! Special thank you to Francesca, Daniel, Almenko, Joa and Alexa. Five stars across the board! I highly recommend! Can't wait to return!

Lunch time on Monday was quiet, great jazz music & ambience. Restaurant decoration and vibe was awesome, seems like a great brunch spot. Food was delicious, especially the chicken sandwich. The falafel was good, but the pitas were tougher than we would’ve liked. Service was good, they were quick to get our order and deliver it, but took a while to get the check. I think there was a shift change, but once the head hostess saw me looking around, she quickly came and was very pleasant!

Had a horrible experience at Acadia. Primarily the service was terrible. There was no attention to detail - having to constantly ask for refills on the tiny water glasses, and cutlery being cleared from the table mid-course and not replaced when we still needed cutlery. The server was very impersonal; didn’t introduce herself - she literally came to the table and asked “what do you want?” Then the food was brought out by another server who didn’t time the appetizers together. When the mains were brought out, this server came to the table with plates in hand, mid-appetizer, and silently stood next to the table while we moved plates out of the way - it was rude and creepy feeling. Finally, one of the mains was undercooked. We asked the manager to take it back and he offered to remake it, but it took forever. After the other mains were finished, the replacement for the improperly prepared food was still not out from the kitchen. We asked for the check and had to demand that the problem main course was removed - the management didn’t proactively offer any compensation. Overall, the service at this restaurant is shockingly unprofessional. A diner in a small town has better service than this allegedly upscale restaurant in New York. Save yourself from a bad evening and eat literally anywhere else.

We have become ‘regulars’ at Acadia. It meets the dietary needs of our complicated family. Plant based, gluten free, lactose intolerant, fancy cocktails… Jordan is more than accommodating. The staff from the hostess to the table clearers are attentive and friendly
