   A Bumpy Ride on More Than Just the Road If you’re drawn to the buzz around Acre for dinner, you might want to pause and reassess. Unfortunately, the hype doesn’t match the experience, and the focus seems to lean more on self-congratulations than customer satisfaction. Pros: •The grounds are undeniably stunning—lush, green, and Instagram-worthy. It’s like stepping into a tropical fairy tale. •Getting there is an adventure in itself. Hope you packed a four-wheel drive or enjoy the charm of feeling every bump as you navigate the hills! Cons: •The menu? Limited—and not in a “refined, curated” way, but more of a “is this really all they’re offering?” way. •The chicken dish was mostly fatty bits, paired with a handful of wilted carrots that looked like they were rethinking their life choices. •The miso fish dish was uninspired. A relatively bland filet with one lonely bok choy leaf for company—clearly the bok choy didn’t get the memo about being part of the luxury dining scene.

   This restaurant exudes a vibe reminiscent of Tulum—beautiful food, beautiful people, and an incredibly sexy, chic atmosphere. It’s a haven for Instagram enthusiasts. The drive leading up to the property is unpaved for the last quarter mile, but it’s not a big deal—just something to keep in mind if it’s your first visit. Once you arrive, take some time to tour the property. Arriving early is worth it to soak in the stunning scenery before your meal. We started with a cocktail at the bar, which was fantastic. The mixologists here are truly talented, so if you drink, you’re in for a treat. For appetizers, we ordered the wagyu tacos. They’re street-style in size and absolutely delicious. For the main course, I had the octopus, and my wife opted for the rigatoni bolognese—both dishes were delicious and fulfilling. We shared a bottle of wine and indulged in the espresso martini cart experience. If you’re a fan of carajillos or espresso martinis, I highly recommend it. You can even customize the liquor to your preference. Altogether, we spent under $300, which felt reasonable given the quality and experience. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

   Everything was perfect for our family Christmas dinner. The food and beverage manager, Luis, made us feel like royalty.  The service, food, drinks and dessert were delicious and perfectly timed.  We highly recommend visiting every chance you get.  IF you are so inclined, check out the Mezcal tasting. #Crickets

    Acre is everything we heard and above! The property as a whole is gorgeous! The staff go above and beyond. Food was great. Wine could have been better. Got by the glass and felt they could have more choices. But overall best experience in Cabo!
