It took us 15 min to be seated for a 1pm reservation and I’m not thrilled that they moved tea service into the lobby. The food was also only ok - bread was dry, way too many sweets vs savory for the kids tower. Just not worth the price now that we are seated in the lobby, hunched over our food. We sadly won’t be doing this again as part of our holiday traditions.

There is nothing better than taking one's 8 year old granddaughter to her first High Tea at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle. Our server, David, was delightful. He was attentive and spoke to Fiona directly like she was his favorite guest. David made our experience even better. The tea and towers were delicious. Thank you for an incredible afternoon.

Management was unprepared for the number of reservations??? We were told we’d have 2 hours for tea. Not a problem… usually! Food took over an hour to get to us. Our server David was great. Look forward to seeing him again.

It was an okay experience, following a terrible valet 30+ wait to get my car valeted. I paid for a VIP experience and completely missed the pre event. The event also ran quite long beginning at 6:00, I did not get home until 11:30

Worst experience ever!!!! If I could give no star I would! The chef should be ashamed! The hotel should ashamed! I would still like a refund for the food! A main entree of a small piece of duck and a cube of rice that was served at 10:30 and couldn’t be cut or chewed! It was left on the plates in our table and those around in hopes of a dessert to look forward to! I have no idea what the Big bowl of flavorless white goo with a worm of a chocolate that was not chocolate was! Simply awful! The sprig of Frisée with microscopic mushrooms was good. But my neighbor had a sprig without the drop of stained egg dressing! The bar couldn’t serve the room and I haven’t seen those old fashioned wine glasses of thick glass that hold a small amount of wine since I went to an old Italian restaurant for $20 some dollars when you walk out the door to your lovely bar an get a beautiful white wine glass with the proper amount in it! And minimal service at tables for wine or for even water service! The entertainment another issue! Lovely idea gone bad! But shame on you For the food execution! I’d like a refund for the food!
