   I took my granddaughters (13,12 and 8) for afternoon tea. They said they felt like they were in an episode of Bridgerton and the little one said, this must be what it's like to be a princess. They, and I, loved the experience and it is an experience.. the hotel lobby is lovely, the food is beautifully presented, the tea divine, the service exemplary. Afternoon tea is definitely going to be enjoyed again and again.

   We continue to come to afternoon for every birthday celebration. We keep coming hoping to have a bad experience, but it is always “the bomb” (from teenager), “ amazing” (from 60ish old lady) and “absolutely lovely” from 90 year young lady. The service is consistent and always wonderful and welcoming. The teas are beyond casual and wonderful !!!!! I look forward to reasons to come and relax and enjoy this very special spot.

   I mentor a young college student and live in another state now. I was going to be in NC and thought meeting at the O’Henry for tea would be special and a great way to reconnect. Exceeded my expectations and can’t wait to do it again.

   This is my second time coming. The first time I went with one other person and this time I went with three other people. The staff was patient and kind and well informed and willing to answer all our questions. Three of us had allergies (two allergic to coconut and one allergic to fish) and they accommodated to us quickly and seamlessly. This experience is truly laid back (in the relaxing way) and worth the money every time.

    A delightful experience! There was no wait (even though we arrived about 15 minutes early to allow for time to park) and we were immediately seated in a comfortable sofa and chairs. The server was very knowledgeable and offered a full explanation of the different varieties of tea. Service followed thereafter and was very efficient. Food quality was excellent! Very affordable and parking was free. We will definitely be going back.
