AG Inspired Cuisine is where romance and exceptional dining meet. Chef Cory Linkson crafts ever-evolving menus that showcase Niagara’s finest ingredients, paired perfectly with a wine list boasting VQA selections from the region’s top wineries.

Candle lit romance highlighting the abundance of the region and world class wines is on the menu February 10 to March 9 (excluding February 14/15). Each menu offers 3 courses of thoughtfully crafted cuisine for $54 per person.

Me and my husband were deceived at first because there was only the valentines menu… but it ended up really good. The food was amazing and we did love the quiet ambiance. Thank you so much. We are looking forward to come back! 10/10

Absolutely amazing experience. The Food was so fresh, unique, and tasteful. My fiancée and I haven’t had anything like it in our lifetime. Also the service was top notch, I believe our servers name was Megan. She was amazing, took the time to get to know us with a little small talk and was so passionate about the food she was serving, something you don’t see very often now days. Thank you AG for making our Valentine’s Day one we won’t soon forget!

We went at 6 pm on a Saturday and it was a bit awkward because we were literally the only ones in there...we could hear the staff talking and felt like we were eavesdropping a bit. Slowly more people came and that helped us feel less awkward. Our server was lovely and attentive. The food was delicious, but I would have liked a bit larger of a portion. My steak came with literally 6 pieces of gnocchi hidden under it with a couple sprigs of greens and maybe 1 full mushroom. So that was a bit sad! but it was very tasty and I was full enough in the end.

We are guests that have been dining at AG for many years now. This occasion was a birthday celebration and AG did not disappoint. From the staff, the ambiance and the food our dining experience was top-notch. We are happy to see the return of an à la carte menu with various price point options available. Don’t pass up the opportunity to enjoy one of their craft cocktails.

Once again we had a lovely time at the AG. Everything was top notch from the greeting to the goodbye. The service was excellent, the food delicious and nicely timed, and the room, lovely and comfortable. We try to make a stay at the Sterling Inn and dinner at the AG an annual occurrence and we are never disappointed.

This was my husband's and my second time eating at A.G. Inspired Cuisine and it did not disappoint. It is worthy of a Michelin-star and has the finest cuisine in the Niagara region and Western New York!

Went here for our anniversary dinner and had an amazing experience! The food was so good. Fresh, flavourful and filling. We had the aristan farm cheese (think elevated charcuterie board) and bread for an appetizer. As well as the venison and flank steak as our mains and I would definitely recommend either dishes. The restaurant was pretty quiet around 6pm when our reservation was but began to fill up towards the end. The space felt quiet and private. Service was great! Would recommend for any special occasion!
