Aizle, a small Scottish 'Neo-Bistro' at 107-109 St. Leonard's Street on the south side of Edinburgh, changes its 5 course set tasting menu daily, based on the best local produce that farms and suppliers have to offer. Chef Stuart Ralston and mixologist Krystal Goff work together to create fresh pairings of food and drink based on local Scottish ingredients, having returned to Stuart's hometown of Edinburgh via London, New York City and the Caribbean. In this relaxed, intimate space near the University of Edinburgh, Aizle's unique menu and creative take on fresh, seasonal ingredients have earned it strong reviews from locals and visitors alike. Booking in advance is a must to savour this dining experience, particularly around holidays and the Fringe festival in August.
