Showcasing the renowned wines of the iconic winemaker, Guillaume Fabre, we would love to welcome you to try our Rosé, our Pinot Noirs, our Sangiovese-based blends, our Syrah-based blends, our Cabernet Franc-based blends, and our Cabernet Sauvignon-based blends -- all highly rated. Our tasting room is conveniently located in Tin City on the south side of Paso Robles and within walking distance from many examples of outstanding wine, beer and cider! The winery features an inside tasting room and an exterior, pergola area for tastings. We look forward to welcoming you for a truly unique wine-tasting experience!

Central Coast Creamery is a California-based artisan cheese producer known for crafting high-quality, hand-made cheeses. Wonderful tasting experience with the manager, Matthew! For our tasting, he suggested we head outdoors to enjoy the patio overlooking the hills, which was so scenic and quiet. The wine was wonderful and we had a few fun complimentary wines that were personalized to our own tastes. Matthew was very friendly and informative! Overall, it was one of our favorite places in Tin City! Definitely recommend.

I had a reservation for two on Saturday at 2:30 pm. We arrived 10 minutes early and waited until 2:40 pm. The tasting room was completely locked and no one was inside nor did they arrive while we were waiting. I prepaid $50 for the tastings. Prior to leaving the parking lot at the tasting room I called their phone number and explained the situation requesting a refund of the tasting fees. As of this writing (on Tuesday) I have yet to receive the refund and have not received a phone call or email updating me on what happened and what they are going to do. Not a good first impression!

Al Lago has amazing wines. They had lovely pizzas and salads brought in for this event. Perfect pairing with their blends.

Great out off the way wine tasting room. Host Jennifer was great taking care of the four of us,. Liked the way we got to compare the taste of successive wines rather than one at a time. Outstanding wines

Located in what they refer to as “Tin City”. Beautiful view, quiet atmosphere, great service. There are lots of other wineries around to visit before or after this one. This particular one does not serve food.
