   Amazingly delicious cocktails and dessert, fantastic service as always and a huge Thank You to Robin for looking after us again ☺️ The only downside was it was a bit loud with the DJ but that’s more on me for not realizing they were having the DJ and I should have picked a quieter time to visit.

   The Front door team is always amazing and the manager (didnt catch her name) is friendly. Our server was very sweet and kind however when it got busy after the game I did find service was slower. Food was very pricey for the portion size. Still a great place to grab drinks with friends!

   Saturday DJ was super loud. Gave more of a club than lounge ambience. Otherwise, this is a really cool place.

   I am deeply upset by my experience at Alchemy. The waitress treated me with such disrespect it felt personal. I had booked a reservation and was expecting a dining table in order to eat dinner, but was instead sat on a couch in front of a knee-level coffee table. When asking the waitress if I were to get a pasta bowl what the idea was, or if we could be moved to a table in order to eat she was extremely extremely rude. She said "it's just like any other restaurant," in an extremely rude and condescending tone. This isn't true. Never have I been expected to hold a bowl on my lap in a fine dining experience. Absolutely ridiculous. When responding to my request to move tables to eat she said "if you would prefer" while scowling at me and giving me tone like a teenager. Abhorrent service, no respect or customer service at all. I am floored by the level of disrespect and attitude for polite questions about the menu and inappropriate seating for dining. We left after our first round of drinks and will never return. Basic human decency is the bare minimum, and this place is extremely lacking. Boo. If I could give negative stars, I would.

   It was a fantastic experience, the cute hideaway in the hotel was a surprise, the noise levels were very energetic and loud, the service was quick and efficient but the prices were very expensive. Starting at $20 up for drinks

    Food, service, decor, location was very good. Before being seated, the hostess must take a picture of you and scan your ID. I find this very intrusive and where I eat has no need for the private information on my drivers license. We were going to the hockey game and if there was time to go somewhere else and make it back for the game, I would have left. Although the restaurant itself was very good, this before I can be seated policy will prevent a return visit.
