    Had a wonderful experience and meal at Aleria, great shareables and drinks and the service was PERFECT. yummy food too, saganaki and dips are a must.

    I recently had a disappointing experience at a restaurant where my chicken was served raw. Instead of offering me a new plate, the staff took my plate back, removed the chicken I had cut into, cooked it more, and then returned it to me on the same plate. I noticed this because I had cut into the potatoes and the dipping sauce was in the same spot. While I appreciated the festive Christmas decorations and the friendly staff, I couldn't overlook how they handled the situation. They didn’t provide a clean plate or a new dish, nor did they offer any accommodation for my meal or even my drink to apologize for the inconvenience. I was really let down by the service, especially considering that raw chicken can be quite serious. Because of this experience, I wouldn't choose to go back to this restaurant.

    Food was over priced and small portions. Server was not very diligent and place was empty. Christmas decorations were nice but wouldn’t have gone otherwise

    I would highly recommend checking out this place during the holidays. The decor is next level and it was super fun for me and my girlfriends!

    Love the Christmas decorations! It was so much festive and bright! My kids loved it. The door and staff are great too. Thank you for the experience.

    Extremely loud guests next to us that made it unpleasant but that may be outside of the staff’s control. We had to keep asking for water as the jug was not at our table and water glasses were small. Eventually a jug was brought but I observed the server adding water to a glass jug that was used at another table and bringing it over to ours without washing it. This is unsanitary and places a risk for spreading viruses/bacteria.
