Well the waiter didn’t explain the menu. He didn’t explain to us that there were sides that needed to be ordered separately. I ordered the salmon and that’s all I got. My husband wanted the lamb and mushrooms but he brought the lamb inside the tortellini instead. It wasn’t intimate like I thought and the place was really small and I felt like I was sitting in the ladies lap next to me. I was disappointed being it was a birthday dinner. Also, it was highly overpriced. I paid $38 just for one piece of salmon, no sides. I could have cooked a better intimate dinner at home. Also, the online menu was way better than in person. They used the menu to draw me there but didn’t have a lot of the items on the menu upon arriving. Will not return.

I cannot express how saddened I was to read your review. I am so sorry that we failed to meet expectations during your recent dining experience. It is our goal at Cucina Alfabeto to ensure each guest departs our restaurant fully satisfied with their dining experience, and it is clear based on your feedback that we fell far from that mark during your dinner with us. I know you mentioned your desire not to return, however I would relish the opportunity to speak with you to better understand the opportunities we missed. I would also very much like to invite you back to receive the VIP experience we strive to deliver each and every one of our guests, an experience we clearly failed to meet during your recent visit. I truly hope to hear from you.

The lamb anglilotti was delicious. My friend had a loved the linguini with porcini mushrooms and also love it. We shared the scallops and salad as apps, both also excellent. Fun and friendly staff. It was an early-ish dinner and not crowded, so the noise level was fairly low. At busier times its harder for me to here there.

The butternut risotto was excellent. The Jerusalem artichokes were really good, but a bit rich. Having a delicious dinner while listening to an excellent jazz performance is pretty hard to beat.

Food is fresh cooked every day, and pescatarians have options as well as meat eaters. Our waiter, Zak, was lively and kept the food coming quickly. You'll have fun here.
