Love this place but tonight they were out of tortilla chips & french fries, no pineapple for drinks and we got charged $80 extra by mistake. It was all taken care of, but a little disappointed they were out of so many common things on a Saturday night at 6:30pm. No worries, we’ll be back.

Absolutely terrible, don't waste your time. I'll share my story.. I got with my girl, her dad and both the young kids. We get reservations for the, take the kids to the arcade, everything's going well. We sit down and the table is sticky and clearly dirty from the last people. Under the table there is something lumpy under my shoe... I look and it's half a chicken tender. Despite the subtle warnings already we order... the burger was so greasy and dripping that I could not eat it. The grease actually ruined my jacket and half the burger was left on the plate like a wet sponge. The rest of the table ordered food that required silverware. They brought the food but we asked 3 servers and waited 10 min before we actually got the silverware to eat. So we take the kids to turn in their tickets... little man was so excited he was counting and using his skills in society for the first time. We get up to thr counter and the lady argues with him, then with me that he counted wrong. After looking into the situation the bins were labeled wrong. I asked to speak with a manager... not to be a Karen or get money... just to be a patron and explain that our first time was less than satisfactory so the issues can be addressed in the future. I waited 15 minutes. The poor girl kept calling the manager as I waited and obviously growing more annoyed. So I now vow to boycott the business and will never return despite having such high hopes. Make your own judgements but consider yourself warned.

Food was good, beer list has gone more toward domestic beers (boo), service was good and food came out quickly. Overall ambiance is good but was a little too loud with the music hard to have a conversation and it is boomy in the dining area with the concrete floor. All in all good and will go back
