   Lovely place and environment but the steaks were awful. Reminded me of the old Terminus Hotel Steak Night for $5, really bad considering for the same price not far away the steaks are primo. Happy to return if you serve nice cuts

   We have been to Alphington Social on several occasions for our Christmas staff party. We know what to expect from the food and wait staff and I am aware that we are receiving good value for money. Last evening's experience was marred by a most rude and aggressive staff member when settling the bill, and an overall sense that we were more a nuisance rather than paying customers. We left at 8.30pm almost to the minute, however, I was made to feel if we had overstayed our welcome. (The restaurant closes at 8.30pm on Sundays) I will re-think next year's Christmas break up dinner location.

   A surprising find in the back streets of Alphington. Great food, service and ambience. Our group of four were there for a very enjoyable steak night.

   Friendly staff and very helpful as I have Coeliac Disease and felt quite confident with ordering after a discussion with staff. My husband and I both enjoyed our dinner and drinks. We will return .

   We regularly visit the Alphington Social for catch ups because it has great atmosphere, great service and the food is amazing not to mention the cocktails.

   We have recently moved to Alphington and Alphington social is becoming our favorite spot! Jo and the whole team are always welcoming and the food is always delicious and beautifully presented. Thank you Alphington social for your hospitality!

   Good Woodford pizzas and choice of pizza- all made in front of you. Parma was good too. Nice relaxing ambience. Staff service excellent and friendly. Will return. 😆

   Disappointing meal and experience overall. The steak was very poor quality and overcooked. Pizzas were dry and skimpy on the toppings. Drinks were delayed and meals didn’t come out together.
