   Pretty disappointed with the experience. I didn’t want to take some of the negative reviews as true, but we went on Valentine’s Day. Trying to find an upscale/nice restaurant in the area is rough (area is rustic). This seemed nice. Menu online was great looking. Arrived to find out they were only doing a limited menu. Not vegetarian friendly. We chose this place because of the ample vegetarian options. So that sucked for our party. The limited menu options meant soup and a salad for the vegetarian. A burger or fish and chips for the non. And it wasn’t good. The tomato soup was so overheated the cream had curdled. The lentil soup was tasty, and hearty, but lukewarm. The fish and chips were frozen, which we get, we are inland, but still, higher quality is possible. The breading was mush and so was the fish. They were filled will oil, resulting in gooey breading oozing out. The fries were also obviously frozen. Nothing tasted like it was prepared. We hope those ordering the specialty items had a better experience. The staff were kind and welcoming. But we won’t be back. And that’s disappointing. We wouldn’t return to try the full menu given how awful the limited menu options tasted.

   Very friendly and efficient staff. Food was mediocre, frozen flash fried fish and chips, mushy not flakey, undercooked vegetables with the cod, salad was wilted. Quality of food could use improvement.

   This Thanksgiving buffet was terrible and definitely not worth the $$$. Everything was cold and dry. I can’t believe I paid $55 per person for this meal. The best part of it was the salad and cheese platter.

   The places is beautiful, but service was horrible! We waited almost an hr for the waiter to come take our food orders!

   The Altitude's decor is straight out of the mid-1970's, wow! We loved our server, who doubled as the bartender and hostess. She did it all with a smile! The food was good and we really enjoyed ourselves.

   Stayed in the hotel and went to the restaurant for New Years Eve Dinner. The food was absolutely terrible, especially for a $50 per person prix fix menu. Everything was clearly frozen food, and it even seemed like all the plates had been prepared a day or more before hand, wrapped in plastic and then unwrapped right before being served to you. Staff was very young and inexperienced.

    We had a wonderful dinner over winter break. The french fries and bruschetta were incredible! All of the food was tasty. The staff was very friendly.
