Inspired by Flay’s extensive travels to Italy and the Amalfi Coast, this will be his first Italian restaurant concept. Amalfi will transport guests to the Southern Coast of Italy, with its enchanting blend of coastal ease and fresh, bright flavors. A focal point of Amalfi will be a fish and seafood display, inspired by authentic Italian markets and staffed by a knowledgeable fishmonger, who will be available to answer any guest questions.

The food was very good and the space is really pretty but the restaurant is not family friendly. They don’t have options for kids so we just asked for plain butter spaghetti for our son, which cost 20$ but the portion was so little (maybe 1cup) that he was still hungry and he’s not a big eater so we had to order another one to make it really full but small portion. So paying 40$ for a plain butter pasta dish was exaggerated.

I love going to famous chefs' restaurants, but I would not recommend this one. The food was average, and the service was not good. We got one of the fish that you can pick out for yourself, but the fish was overcooked and not great. The rest of the food was about the same. If you add the price,e it really isn't something you need to experience.

If you are expecting authentic Italian cuisine, this is not the place to go. Bobby Flay has a lot to learn about executing Italian pasta. Hostess at the front was not welcoming at all! No eye contact, no smile, nothing! Brought us to a table and I asked if we could have the booth in the corner and she said yes. We sat down and then she came back and said we had to move because it was reserved. Fine, we moved. Our waitress was the only highlight of the night. Her service was exceptional, and tried her hardest to make our evening successful. The food was less than underwhelming. The only thing that was good was the focaccia and pistachio ice cream, but again, nothing to write home about. The pastas were both a huge disappointment and the presentation was laughable. Bobby Flay, your name is on this restaurant! Do you care? Probably not. I would compare this place to The Olive Garden.

We had an outstanding dinner last night. Many of the “celebrity” restaurants in Vegas are not worth what you pay. This one certainly was!

One of the best meals I have had in a few years. Appetizers were fantastic. We had the prawns and the crab meatballs. Ate family style. Pasta rags course was tasty and a nice intermission. Branzino and Chicken Parm for dinner with Crispy potatoes. Chicken Parm cooked through, but still juicy. Potatoes were a big hit. Finished it off with a Pistachio Gelato sundae. No one wanted anything for dessert, but it was gone in 30 seconds. Great meal!
