   My husband and I enjoyed our lunch, we shared a calamari for entree, then I had the crab linguine my husband had the veal, for dessert I had the coffee cheesecake and a cappuccino. Everything was delicious, the only issue was my pasta dish wasn’t served hot. We will go back to try other dishes.

   Moved tables three times 1st was next to a group of women and so loud second we couldn’t fit our plates on the table then got moved on as there was a booking service was not available nice food but disappointing experience

   The Crab linguine was spectacular. Spicy with chilli but so tasty. My partner loved the ragu papadelle. The puffy bread dipped in oil and with prosciutto is fantastic. My partner loved the classic margaritas and I had a good bottled stone and wood beer. The service staff gave us free complimentary lemon alcohol drink possibly limoncello as our mains took a little long to come out but we didn’t mind the wait after we discovered how delicious it was. I’ll be honest the bill was expensive but I think it was worth it.

   Atmosphere and location is great. However the following food choices were less than optimal. Olives plump chilled Sicilian green (the best of the evening) Bruschetta Anchovy - enjoyable. Gnocchi with napoletana sauce - too salty with lack lustre flavour. Spaghetti Alle Vongole (clams) also salty with very tiny clams. Food: 1 | Service: 3 | Atmosphere: 4

   First time at Amalfi and definitely will be back. Our waiter Sebastian was so friendly and helpful with menu choices. Couldn’t decide as so many options were fabulous. We chose Burrata and their signature puffy bread. Just heaven. Then Fior Di Zucca were my favourite and then had king prawns. Really great share plates. Atmosphere was excellent and not noisy. Wait staff were excellent. Plus as it was Thursday it was locals 20% discount. We will be back soon.

   The food was absolutely lovely but the service from the staff really let it down. We had to ask for empty plates to be taken away from our table and the staff just looked sad.

   Great addition to Ettalong! Food was excellent as is the location and ambience. Our only issue was the service was a bit slow. Waited 45 minutes in between entree and mains. It was a long weekend so very very busy but it did seem the kitchen struggled a bit. Will give the benefit of the doubt and be back.

   The music was exceptional loud not necessarily welcoming requested that it be turned down only to be told it could not be controlled other than that first service was on time 2 Service and desert were when you could get attention service should always be a first responder never forget that everyone the leaves the restaurant tells someone of their experience and it should always be positive

    Pleased to recommend Amalfi for anyone who is wanting a close to authentic Italian experience! Fresh, handmade pasta, fresh seafood, great selection of wines and yummy cocktails! Service is outstanding and a pleasant environment to dine in with views into the kitchen so you can see your food being prepared! Very reasonably priced too!
