   Very nice ambience. Food lovely but a wee bit cold chips. Lovely place. What spoiled it for me was lack of disabled toilet. I had to go to toilet and was shown down two flights of stairs then furthe4 stairs and along a corridor. As I’m going through cancer treatment I wa# exhausted. So this spoiled it a bit for me

   Enjoyed it but water is a bit pricey and service charge is 15pc. Otherwise it’s the savoy you don’t go not knowing what to expect. Cocktails pricey though and not especially better than anywhere else. Most people seem to stay for one and leave so they probably aren’t interested in return business. One of the waiters even had a jacket with an undone hem that sounds picky but you’d expect he would not have been allowed to wear a scruffy jacket. Read the reviews most reviews seem to have given 5 stars but when you read the text they had issues So obviously not deserving of 5 stars! Do not read the ai summary!!

   Highly recommend the American bar. Beautiful setting, staff very friendly and knowledgeable. We had cocktails served to our table. Georgina was very attentive and recommended an. alternative cocktail based on our preferences which was amazing.

   Lovely evening, it was very busy, delay with drinks but staff were excellent and apologised for delay… order Gin cocktail ‘18 again.. glass was not what I expected, Gentleman Jack glass was also poor.. It may sound trivial but at good glass makes a drink… Staff were amazing, especially young Irish girl… Loved the outside champagne bar, had a glass of champagne which was delicious.

   The waitress was very unprofessional, being too familiar and patronizing. There was also obviously no dress code as some very scruffy customers were there. Very poor standards altogether.

   Lovely atmosphere the piano player was very good . Would recommend it for a before and after dinner drink or two.

   Friendly, welcoming staff and a good variety of lovely cocktails!! However I wasn’t over-struck with my seat as I was in a tight corner behind a post and unable to see much with the tables quite close together. It was also quite chilly.
