Another excellent meal! Our group loved their meals—Portions great, the red sauce awesome, and a great menu with lots of variety. The front desk folks and the wait staff so nice too. You feel like you are being welcomed into someone’s dining room! Such a gem in Berkeley Heights

Overall good food and dinning experience. Chopped salad dressing was bland Loved that Olive oil was served with the bread basket but it was light olive oil not EVO and not with the calories at that point. Swordfish speical was perfectly cooked and was fresh and tasted great. Lentil soup special was very good too. Lava Chocolate Cake was missing the lava but the cake itself was moist but need some chocolate with it to be a true Lava cake.

Amerigo is such a wonderful addition to Berkeley Heights. The food and service are outstanding. I noted on the reservation that it was my son’s birthday and was so pleasantly surprised when they surprised him with a complimentary dessert and candle.

We had dinner on a Sunday night when the restaurant wasn’t super busy. Very nice menu, very good service, and very delicious food—generous portions at reasonable prices. Plus super accommodating of food allergies and no problem making substitutions. A family friendly restaurant and nice casual dining. Easy parking because restaurant is in a large shopping center. Will definitely return.
