   We had an excellent experience at the Angry Butcher. The food was top-notch in preparation and quality. The filet mignon and lobster tail were fresh and delicious, as was the chioppino. Our server Johnathan was personable and exceptionally helpful and courteous, as was the rest of the staff we interacted with. 5 stars.

   I want to be very clear in this review. We eat at this establishment every time we stay at Sam Town. On every other occasion we have never had a problem with the food, service, ambiance. However this visit was NOT what we know the establishment is capable of providing. The food was outstanding as always when it manage to arrive at out table. First, I ordered wine and my wife iced tea, her tea didn't come until we had to ask for it, reason "oh I forgot" Second, My dinner was served, we were asked "is there anything else? " uhh her dinner... " Oh I thought you were sharing" Never did we even hint we were splitting our dinner. Waitress come back and blames the kitchen. Fifteen minutes later my wife's dinner shows up. I'm almost done eating at that point. Were asked if we'd like dessert, no thank you we reply, " I guess you're done then..." Third, itemized bill comes. It's correct give her my card, she turns goes to another table in our view throws my card and Bill on a low shelf where anyone could take it leaves it there and talks with the guests at the other table. Fourth, she picks up my card to run it, comes back with a bill thats been charged to my card for double the amount and walks away. I call over the hostess who is very professional explain the card ordeal. She apologized over and over. Gets it straightened out after speaking with the manager. As we leave waitress kind of apologized. I stop and explain to the hostess the entire evening, she said she would relay itto the manager.. If you visit this establishment ask to have any staff person except Deborah. You can thank me later.

   Fantastic service! Mark was fantastic in his abilities to take care of the task and made us feel very welcome. Filet was cooked to perfection and the prime rib was a well marbled piece that was delicious. Overall fantastic meal at a reasonable price for the Amenities.

   Very disappointed in both service and the kitchen of the Angry Butcher. I ordered a medium rare filet mignon and when it arrived, it was at least medium. When I showed the waiter, he took it back. After a few minutes, he came back with the same piece of meat and while he told me he was cooking another filet for me, he showed and told me that the chef said that this was medium rare. Well it was rare inside and overcooked everywhere else meaning that their chef had little knowledge about cooking a great steak. I asked for the manager and showed him the steak and he even stated that this was not done right. At least the manager knew what a screw up his staff made by trying to show that they were right. Also, the waiter apologized for being late as we waited 10 minutes after opening to have him show at the table. This is disappointing and needs some tightening up all the way around.

   Food came out cold and sat on the kitchen counter for awhile. Our steaks were also mixed up and cooked opposite from what was ordered

    Food was fantastic however the service was extremely subpar. Our waiter dropped off our food and we never saw him again. Never came back to ask how our food was. Never returned to ask if we needed drink refills. We were finally able to track down the bus or to ask for to go boxes. we noticed the table next to us experiencing the same problem.
