   Loved the atmosphere, food was great, service started out great but then one of our guests was served the wrong meal the waiter started to argue with the guest, the owner stepped in and did the right think and fixed everything. Thank you to the owner and we will be back. This was our 2nd time there and great food both times.

   My business partner and I were celebrating a company milestone, and made reservations at Antica Nova along with his wife and 10 year old son. While his son ended up ordering off the adult menu, he did enjoy coloring in the art on the kids menu. We each ordered something different, and all of us loved what we got: filet mignon, lamb chops, risotto Sandro, and NY Strip. Service was great, and the ambiance was pleasant.

   Ate there last night. We had a party of seven. The place is beautiful, and the food was incredible! We loved the Chicken Marsala, Veal Scallopini, Steak, Salad with Salmon, Alfredo, and Veal Parmesan were all top notch! However, the service was very slow! We were getting together with old friends so we were not in a hurry and wanted a long dinner to talk. However, the service was SO SLOW! It took us 3 hours to eat. Plus they had electronic music playing which doesn't fit the vibe at all. We didn't mind it but I am sure most people who go to a nice restaurant like that don't expect that. We had one waiter bringing us drinks one at a time. Same with our entrees and desserts. That is fine for a party of 2 or 3. However, it didn't seem very efficient and a little annoying with that large of a group. Bottom line, the chef is amazing, but the service needs some help and the music needs to be more fitting. We will go back but hope these issues get resolved.

   The space has been updated from the prior restaurant and is modern & welcoming. Fine for ‘smart casual’ and dressy occasions. Seating comfortable and not too densely positioned. Service was very professional & knowledgeable but warm. Dishes well prepared and presented but a bit more bland than expected. Will need to come back to try other items to get a better feel for overall taste profile.

   DO not go here yet Just opened and they have no idea what they are doing yet Have reservations but not enough people working Food ok but came out cold Menu looks good I hate to give a bad review but this place never going to make it if they keep it up like that Hostess needs to smile and be friendly Oh well was excited to try

   Dinner for two on a Friday night was in a word, bizarre. Strange location behind San Marino Club. We were not able to book a table for 6:00 but until 6:30 we were one of only a couple of seated tables in the room. As we were seated at our table my husband asked for directions to the restroom. The hostess insisted on escorting him but not until she took away extra place settings. When she returned our waiter was taking our drink order. But my husband had to leave for his journey to the men’s room (the hostess later admitted she’s been instructed not to point…okaaay). I ordered the fettuccini Alfredo but wanted to add chicken which is not allowed. I was told I could order a main chicken dish with a side of pasta, but I was only able to get the pomodoro sauce — not Alfredo. But salads are fair game — you can add protein to the salads. Fettuccini Alfredo is done table side which would have been interesting if it was prepared at *our* table side. The station was weirdly setup in the middle of the room sort of near us But the person preparing it never acknowledged us or even looked at us. Just prepared pasta in the middle of the room then set it front if me. Food overall was fine. Nothing special. If the rest of the experience had been amazing I probably wouldn’t write a review — Antica Nova is notable for all the wrong reasons.

   The atmosphere is lovely. Formal but welcoming. I had my 2 sons with me (9yo & 4yo). The kids menus were fun and kept them busy. The kids options were also great for them and they could decide easily. Scott was our waiter. He was knowledgeable, and gave great recommendations. He also was very friendly with all of us, including my boys. Food was very good and came out hot and fresh. The gnocchi were so light and fluffy - the best I’ve ever had! Only suggestion - a little less tomato sauce. Overall, great experience! Highly recommend for nights out for just dinner or a place to celebrate special occasions.

    It was election night, and we were the only ones in the restaurant when we got there (8 pm), That didn't stop the great service and great food. This is our second time visiting, and while I plan on coming again, I hope it doesn't become so popular that I can't get in. :-) Both experiences have been excellent. While the decor is upscale, the prices and quite reasonable, especially for the quality of the food. I happen to be very picky about veal, as most places do not cook it properly, but Antica Nova is two for two!! We will be back.
