   Ordered the duck medium rare. It was raw. Polenta was flavorless and lumpy. Inedible. Pastas were small and mediocre.

   This is a nice middle of the road restaurant. The food is good, the restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly and the price is wallet friendly. The restaurant was busy and the volume was louder than I like but still okay. In summer they have a very cute patio in the back which is a huge bonus!! We had one person is our group that has to have gluten free food and they are able to offer gluten free pastas on any of the pasta entrees. FYI....was told it was delicious!

   We got reservations here before going to see a play at Huntington Theatre (just a few doors down). Most of the servers seemed newer, and things got busy quickly, and I think that's when our tiny corner table got lost in the shuffle. Luckily, a more seasoned waitress (perhaps the owner?) noticed us looking around having already eaten our bread (with REALLY good oil & balsamic vinegar, btw!), and she immediately took over for the rest of our services with top-notch skills! We informed her of our increasing time constraints and she was on everything without an issue! We made it to the show on time with some very yummy food in our bellies!
