   Staff and service is not up to par of a Michelin rated establishment. Very rushed and not friendly. Food taste/quality is excellent. Does not cater to people with food allergies. Hartwood and Casa Banana much better choice. ARCA is worth skipping in Tulum.

   The restaurant was beautiful. Felt like we were sitting in the middle of a jungle. The food was delicious. The best we had in Tulum. The mushroom tlayuda was one of the tastiest things i have had. We also had the soft shell crab tacos and marinated octopus. The service was friendly and efficient but the food was brought out too quickly between courses so felt rushed. We were in and out within in an hour.

   This was without a doubt within our Top 5 dining experience of all time. We knew that we wanted to go to Arca as soon as we decided to stay in Tulum. The ambiance was beautiful, very simple and understated with nice touches incorporating the jungle around us. Occasionally a staff member would walk around with a bowl of burning palo santo, which was a bit strong at first but added to the environment. The food was stunning and gorgeously plated. Each course was unique, the flavours complex and well reflected the diversity of flavours of Mexico’s many distinct food and cultural regions. The cocktails were well balanced and had a good selection for every palate. They also featured some interesting Mexican wines, and a wide, well-curated selection of mezcal. The absolute highlight was our server - whose name unfortunately escapes me. (Male, with a black goatee and moustache) He was absolutely effervescent, incredibly passionate and had a deep knowledge of the menu and all the offerings. A consummate hospitality professional, he was always on top of things anticipating our needs while managing his large section. He really made our night and nailed the cocktail and mezcal parings for the tasting menu. Very well done! Bravo!!

   All the dishes here were so unique, the presentation and flavors were amazing. Our servers were great and explained the dish and how to eat it as they were presenting the food. The atmosphere was also really nice and great for a romantic date night

   This was a top 5 meal of my life. The food was imaginative and delicious. The attention to detail at every level was impeccable. The service was out of this world. We loved the Arca Colada and the Sapphire martini, and our waiter gave excellent wine pairing recommendations for our dishes. The broccolini is one of the best individual dishes I’ve ever eaten. Thank you ARCA for a phenomenal meal. We’ll be back.

   The food, the ambience, the open kitchen was SPECTACULAR! I had the chefs table menu and every course was more extraordinary than the previous! Staff was kind, friendly, funny and truly made my experience a great one!

   Every dish was out of this world with tastes like no other place. Each plate came with instructions on how to best eat it. Truly magical experience.

   Awesome meal, highly recommend. Two standout dishes were the grilled mushrooms and the suckling pig. The mushrooms are one of the best things I've ever eaten, anywhere. Great cocktails too. Enjoy!

    Menu Prices on Opentable are incorrect so expect to pay a lot lot more. Dishes are very small, we paid £23 for a tiny broccoli dish! The crab taco was great, that was the highlight of the meal. The ambience is amazing and the bar and restaurant are beautifully lit. But the service left a lot to be desired, although the servers were friendly we were left for a long time unattended when we were trying to order drinks. Then when the bill arrived they wanted 20% service and told us so! A joke for that level of service.
