   The Venue was amazing, service was awesome. The Medalla staff made us feel very welcomed. The party planner Ana Suarez did an amazing job accommodate our groups so we could all sit together. Our server Ozuna was on point with the drinks. We would love to come back next year. We came in a large group of over 20. The commercials are a big part of watching the superbowl. But Medalla decided to do raffles and quizzes instead. For the money we paid for premium seats we would like to have the full experience and enjoy the commercials as well.

   Service was crap, reserved what they call VIP table but I think it means Very Invisible People! Not what you expect even for Puerto Rico standards!

   El servicio fue pésimo. El cuarto de karaoke que se rentó no tenía aire, hacia mucho calor. Se solicitó servicio de bizcocho de cumpleaños, y no lo hicieron. Trajeron el bizcocho 3 minutos antes que se acabara la reservación, y no dio tiempo de cantar ni de repartirlo. El trato de las meseras fue pobre. Honestamente pagar para celebrar un cumpleaños alli no vale la pena.

   Had one issue with the payment that kinda ruined the night because of an inconvenience from their part. Also, one of the mics on the karaoke room was with low batteries and kept shutting off, which one would think they would change/check it before starting. Other than that, food was good and ambience was nice.

   The experiencia was amazing! The “tostones” are awesome 🤩 The Karaoke room is great! I would definitely recommend this to everyone I know!!!

   The Mahi-Mahi fillet with “majado de malanga” was superb, perfectly seasoned and cooked. The “majado” is the best I’ve had at any restaurant.
