During our recent visit to Ariake Sushi & Robata in Springfield, MO, we were blown away. The service was impeccable, with our server, Cody, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. His attentiveness and knowledge of the menu added a personal touch that really elevated our evening.
The food was phenomenal, surpassing even our experiences in Japan and at a Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant in New York City. From the fresh, delicate scallop crudo to the flavorful fried rice, every dish was executed to perfection. The negitoro roll was phenomenal and the chocolate mousse cake was equally impressive, showcasing a perfect balance of flavors and textures.
The ambiance was modern and inviting, creating the ideal setting for an exceptional meal. Ariake has set a new standard for Japanese dining in our books and we can’t wait to be back. Five stars without hesitation, this place is such a gem!

Ariake is such a great addition to Springfield! We love the freshness of everything and the knowledge that our servers always have. My son likes to order the super unique butter noodles! Every visit here is always amazing!

Everything we had was amazing. Don’t miss the hot rock! Also, the sushi was some of the best and freshest I’ve ever had in Springfield. Special kudos to our sever (we were a group of 8 in the private room)—-her recs were spot on and she just made the whole dinner fun. Will definitely be back.

Outstanding!!! Hiccup in our reservation for our 6 guests, however management made quick arrangements to accommodate us and our guests into a wonderful seating area! They made sure our evening was a great one and it definitely was!! Our guests were so impressed and pleased with the food, service, and overall experience. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!
