   Gorgeous restaurant with a fabulous atmosphere. The service is excellent. The experience feels a bit like being transported into a Sean Connery era bond movie. The drinks, noise level, and overall vibe are fantastic. The food is presented with showmanship by a sell trained staff. The food itself is good, but not great, and the prices warrant a great atmosphere and great food. Overall, I would return, but I would like to see either a lower price point or better more consistent food.

   Another wonderful dining experience at Arlo. To be very honest, the food is very good but not exceptional. The overall ambiance is phenomenal and elevates the overall dining experience exponentially. I had the beef bourginone (who knows how to spell it) pot pie and it was just ok for me. My guests complained that the beets in the beet salad were cut way too thick. My wife's lamb chops, and our guests' tomahawk were both considered to be excellent, and the presentation of the cowboy was stellar. Our desserts were delicious, the presentation of the baked Alaska was excellent. Our servers were beyond outstanding, and their service elevated the overall meal. We will be back and consider a night at Arlo one of the very best dining experiences on Long Island.

   We love Arlo the food and service has always been excellent. However last night my husband & I ordered the lobster pappardelle and we were disappointed. We have had it there before & loved it but last night we were disappointed. It was dry and very little lobster??? The Caesar salad & Brussels sprouts excellent as usual. Our server Charlie was excellent.

   I recently dined at Arlo Restaurant for the second time, hoping for a meal that matched the price tag. Unfortunately, I left feeling the same way I did after my first visit—underwhelmed. We ordered the porterhouse for two ($160), which was just okay—not bad, but certainly not worth the price. One of my dining companions had the short rib pot pie, which she did not enjoy at all. My wife had the chicken parm, and while it was fine, we’ve had better versions at far less expensive restaurants. What did stand out was the service—the employees were fantastic. Our server was attentive, the front door staff was welcoming, and the bartenders were excellent. The hospitality was top-notch, but when you’re paying $410 for dinner, you expect more than just great service—you expect exceptional food. Unfortunately, the quality just didn’t justify the cost. While I appreciate the staff and their efforts, I’d have to think twice before dining here again.

    The ambiance was stunning. The food was delicious and creative, in the best way possible! And the service was stellar, they went above and beyond on making a very special dinner even more special!
