Our appetizer arrived luke warm. The service was mediocre. We were not read the list of specials, nor were we asked if we would like a second glass of wine. We would not return to this restaurant.

Overall, the prix-fixe lunch offers the best quality and value in NYC. All the salads are delicious, as is the pasta, and there is also a tasty hamburger.

Outstanding time with friends. Great vibes and delicious entrees. Always enjoy my experience at Arte Cafe. The restaurant had been closed for a huge event and they were able to turn around in no time and serve a completely house! Amazing. Staff all pitched to assist each other.
