   Only gave 1 star for food because it would not let me continue. We did not eat there only came for dancing and drinks

   Service was great! My husband & I ordered the calamari, both arrived cold & very much overly cooked. My husband was hungry and ate his while I waited to have mine returned. By the time I received mine the other 8 had already eaten & dishes were in the process of being cleared from the table. The Asian flare dip wasn't to my liking and I would've preferred tzaziki rather than plain sour cream to dip, however the calamari was better 2nd time around.

   Great food and fast service for what we were able to order. They have a limited menu until 7:00pm, but at 7:15 we were told we couldn’t order from the expanded menu until 8:00pm, “because at busy times, steaks take longer to prepare”. ???? Having said that, the Thai Chilli Chicken and Rocket Salad were delicious and our waitress very friendly and attentive.

   Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. We were there before a concert and wanted to have some food beforehand. We ordered nachos and chicken wings, and my husband had a burger. Our nachos came to the table burnt, the chicken wings that were supposed to be salt and pepper tasted absolutely flavorless, and my husband‘s burger tasted like a frozen burger you would pick up at a budget grocery store. We requested our nachos to be replaced, but when the new nachos came, there was very very little cheese, but a whole lot of olives. By this time it was getting late and we needed to get to our concert so we just left them. Our server was kind enough to take them off of our bill, but we certainly did not leave satisfied and will not return.

   Love the casino and live bands but not having a good quality tequila (sipping or shots) was disappointing. The lime margarita I purchased was not enjoyable and lack of cocktail choices surprising.

    The food is prepackaged and reheated as was explained to us last night when we asked for a substitution of one of the ingredients. Grilled burgers and french fries are what to be expected, every other meal item, like the curries, salmon or cabbage rolls, come out of a prepackaged bag. Too pricey for fancy fast food. Editing this as I said cabbage rolls and meant lettuce wraps. We asked to substitute mushrooms instead of chicken. They said it was all prepackaged and couldn't do it.

    Hi Jennifer, I'm sorry our service was not up to par for your booking; however, our food is prepared in house, with the customary pre-preparation of many items as is standard practice for all restaurants. When possible, we are happy to make substitutions to any menu item as there are so many varied dietary restrictions our guests may have. Our curry is a recipe from one of our chefs, salmon does come from a bag and is prepared as necessary, and we do not have cabbage rolls on our menu. Thanks, Asylum Management
