Atlas Izakaya is a chef-run restaurant focused on creating delicious, thought-provoking Japanese food. Meaning “stay-drink-place” in its native tongue, Izakaya is a word to describe the perfect spot to settle down with company as you dine together. Located in the heart of historic Key West steps from Duval Street, our restaurant provides a relaxed vibe to meet your palate. To live up to our name, we created a refined atmosphere that features an impressive open kitchen to complement the same great impression made by our menu. This was our second visit in one week because we loved everything the first time — from delicious food, cocktails, and music playlist ;) the entire experience was excellent. We look forward to going back again soon.

One of the best meals we had in Key West. Every bite was better than the last. The small plates are great for sharing so you can try lots of different dishes. Our favorites were the soft shell crab buns, the pork belly buns, and the eel yakitori, but you can’t go wrong with whatever you choose. Can’t wait to come back on our next vacation.

The perfect meal and a restaurant that Key West has been crying for. Beautifully prepared, innovative, and delicious food. Great service, great vibe. You can actually have a conversation. We sat at the bar, which we love for this kind of food.

Smoky, your clothes will smell of fried meat. Dishes small and overpriced. Service was very good and attentive. Would not recommend

Amazing from start to finish— ALL the food, service, drinks and entire experience was great. We originally planned to sit at a table but the bar was the only option and it was the BEST! Emily was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Non seafood eaters have options and the crispy rice tuna was the best I’ve ever had. I’m even trying to gather a group of friends to go to the plant sale workshop she told us about. We can’t wait to go back!

My wife and I had a great time celebrating her birthday. Our server explained the choices to us in detail. The food was great. The service was great. We had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
