Service was really great, our server took good care of us and was very professional. The food is authentic and phenomenal. Easily the best Lebanese food at a restaurant in Halifax.

The restaurant is beautiful and the service was fantastic, but the food was definitely the stand out. So good! An amazing way to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary.

As always, Au Liban offered us an amazing experience. The ambiance is welcoming and my sons, partner and I shared hot and cold mezza and the shareable From the Land entree. It was a wonderful family outing, sharing the food and chatted about what we liked best. We look forward to returning soon, maybe even just for more Turkish coffee and dessert. Outstanding restaurant!

Very good food. Service was not good. It took quite a while before our server even came to the table after we were seated. Couldn’t get anyone’s attention for more water. Not asked if I wanted another drink. Slow to check in on us. Seemed like there was staff around but no one helping out other servers. Might return for the food.

I had lunch with two girlfriends. It was my first time at Au Liban. The restaurant is beautiful. We shared some mezze and a salad. The food was very good quality, fresh and delicious. I will be back.

Overall the mezzes were pretty underwhelming from the Kibbeh with no seasoning at all to the dandelion greens which really just tasted like a pile of carmelized onions…the steak platter was solid… asked them to bring out the 4 mezzes slowly… received all 4 with 8 mins… server offered no way to take some of the cold ones back… FOH needs work… back of house needs attention to detail. Nice room though. And everyone was very friendly. Had hoped for more.

Second time there for lunch and food was great as usual. Shared the Hummus Pesto, Tabulleh salad and had a nice lunch plate. Food took a little longer than expected to arrived but was not in a problem as we were no it a rush.
