Aunt Jake's was founded in 2015, as the company set out to replicate the idyllic, simplistic cuisine we grew up to enjoy. However, we wanted to create Italian food for the “next” generation. The idea was to develop an Italian concept around the customer’s choice of how to eat pasta compared to how the restaurant wanted you to eat it. With that in mind, Aunt Jake’s core mission is to bring high-quality fresh ingredients daily to craft our handmade pasta and sauces health-consciously. The customer can mix and match sauce with shape and create a custom dish of their own.

Our dedicated instructors will take you on a journey to learn those shapes may have eaten before, but never made by hand. After the class, indulge in a delicious 3 course prefix dinner. From start to finish the class and dinner are 2.5-3 hours. We require a $10 per person non-refundable deposit. ****If you need to reschedule or cancel the reservation, your $10 deposit will be forfeited**** For best results, please use the OpenTable mobile app to book.     This was the best time ever! Worth every penny. Huge portions and you leave with 2 and a half servings of pasta! Anthony tje instructor was PHENOMENAL! Will be attending again most definitely

    I had a great time on a date with my girlfriend!! The pasta instructor Anthony was funny and a great teacher. For the cost, the value is SO HIGH. $60 for a pasta making class, keeping the pasta made, and a 3 course gourmet meal. Best date I’ve had in a long time.

    We had the most amazing time at Aunt Jake's Pasta Making Experience. From the moment we arrived, I just knew it was going to be fun! The chef who taught us about pasta was funny yet informative; the atmosphere was cozy; the staff was friendly and attentive; and the food was delicious. The process was easy to understand and very well organized. What a great date and a wonderful way to start the new year. Highly highly highly recommend! :)
