This was our first visit to Authentic. The place has modern decor and has a lounge / casual restaurant vibe. The menu is limited, but has comfort food, including hamburgers, mac and cheese and other favourites. It has a decent selection of cocktails, but this evening they only had one draft beer on tap. The food is quite good, but nothing special to tickle ones palate. Our waitress was friendly and attentive and took care of our needs without being overly intrusive. This is a decent place, but it isn't a stand out restaurant.

Fantastic service and the best burgers in Jasper! Also terrific cocktails and the s’mores dessert is a must try.

We were going to eat at a couple of other restaurants in Jasper, Fiddle River for example was one, but we picked you two dinners in a row!

We had a rare adult family outing and we’re so glad we decided to go to authentic for our burger fix. Great food with a warm ambiance. Definitely recommend for a more sophisticated burger and salad than you might have expected.

The wings were amazing and spicy and so was the butternut squash. The broccolini on the squash plate was barely edible however, as it was quite underdone. The host at the door was also great!

Cocktails and food were as stated, authentic and local. Excellent service from the very knowledgeable staff and management. We felt like we got special treatment because of how engaging the staff were with their service and recommendations. Was our first time out, but certainly won't be our last!

Had the the charcuterie board very nicely paired meats and cheeses and large enough for two! Also shared the wedge salad which was fresh and delicious! For cocktails we had the Kip Sip and Metamorphosis and both very tasty:)
