It was Valentine’s Day so the place was busy. The food was awesome. Great fried calamari, the tagliolini zuppa di mare to die for with those fresh handmade noodles, veal Francese and Veal Parmesan, we’re so good. Desert was a strawberry pana cotta. The server took 20 minutes to even approach us about drinks or appetizers. He was sure handed but not attentive. Had to be prompted and asked. But, I understand. It was a holiday. His methods remain unchanged even after the room cleared out. I’ll go back but request a different server next time. Deliciously wonderful experience!

Bad mussels. Awful service. The owner is very unpleasant and unhelpful. We didn’t have the server (the owner) check on us for over an hour. Spoiled mussels have made us sick. I hope they address this.

Went on Valentine's Day. Food was not as good as we normally expect. It may have been because it was more crowded than usual for Valentine's Day.

I had the sea bass for lunch today. It was fabulous. I would definitely order that again. Everything we had for lunch today could not have been better. The calamari appetizer was the best calamari appetizer that I have ever had. What a delightful culinary adventure!

All four of us love this restaurant! We’ve never had a bad meal here. Two of us had pasta, one had pizza and another had chicken Francese. All delicious, as were the mojito and margarita for the adults. Service is attentive and professional, noise is very low on a Sunday evening with the AFC Championship game on. We will definitely return

What a great evening! New Year’s Eve - we ate from both the regular menu and the special menu for the occasion. Champagne, Oysters Rockefeller, Brazino and Steak - all delicious and prepared well. We saved room for dessert - Cappuccino Crème Brûlée and Italian Carrot Cake - I almost licked the plates! All our Servers were knowledgeable and made the evening even more fun. Not our first visit and most certainly not our last - thank you Avanzarre and Crew for a great new year’s experience!

This place never disappoints! We had two excellent entrees (chicken parm and manicotti), a nice Caprese salad and great desserts (tiramisu and pana cotta). The food is always great here - no matter what we have had. It was New Year's Eve (early) and the place was busy, but not over the top. We have been here when it's busy and the service suffered...that was decidely not the case this time. The only negative was our server was not very attentive. He didn't completely ignore us, but could have sold us at least 1 more drink. He also failed to remove dirty plates from our table on numerous trips past us. I know they have other team members that do that (we had one that brought water and bread, a different person bussed on occasion, our server and a food runner!), but anyone walking past our table seeing dirty dishes that are obviously no longer being eaten from should remove them - even if it isn't "their job". The main dining room is always a bit loud, but all in all, a very good meal.
