BA Beef Club is a true meat-lover’s paradise, it serves exceptional premium steaks, meat and fish specialities, all lovingly prepared in a Josper grilloven.

The menu has a distinctive Bavarian / American flavour, a nod to the building’s past incarnation as the Bavarian American Hotel.

Diners can enjoy American classics like prime US Tenderloin; or perhaps stay closer to home with local organic fed beef from local butcher Freyberger like our 35 day-aged Rib-eye steak or a 40 day-aged Porterhouse T-bone. BA Beef Club cuts are first class — carefully hand-selected for maximum tenderness and depth of flavour, while ingredients are locally sourced, fresh and seasonal – including the use of local beers in cooking. Simple, confidently executed plates are complemented by choice regional beers and wines from across the World.

Der Service war perfekt und das Ambiente sehr schön. Allerdings passen die Preise nicht zu dem was man am Ende bekommt. Für das gleiche Geld kann man z.B. ins Wonka gehen und erhält deutlich besseres Essen zu fairen Preisen. Z.B. haben wir für einen einfachen Aperitif (Sekt mit einem Schuss Williams) 20 Euro pro Glas bezahlt. Das gleiche bezahle ich im Essigbrätlein auch für den Aperitif, aber bekomme dort etwas extrem kreatives und überraschendes.

Celebrated a birthday, had the best experience. So cute, and clean. Food was fantastic, you get a lot of food for the price. Service was great!

tja was gibt es da groß zu sagen, ein TRAUM. Alles ist Perfekt. Die Bedienung ist top, das Essen ein wahrer Genuss und das komplette Ambiente ist ein Traum. Jederzeit wieder.

Preis und Leistung passen meines Erachtens nicht zusammen. Das Fleisch ist klasse, was daraus gemacht wird nicht. Der Service kann nicht viel mit Kritik anfangen. Die offenen Weine sind zum EK Faktor 4 teurer und mittelmäßig. In den Preissegmenten um 13-15 Euro EK gibt es richtig gute Schätzchen, aber nicht hier. Andere Klasse wird aber nicht geboten. Bei geschlossenen Weinen ist es besser, aber ebenfalls nicht berauschend. Es gibt in Nürnberg deutlich bessere Angebote in diesem Bereich, sowohl was das Angebot und die Verarbeitung von Steak angeht, als auch das Angebot und die Preise bei Weinen. Den BA Beef Club braucht man nicht.

Insgesamt hervorragende Speisen mit excellenter Erklärung. Service schnell, unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Musik deutlich unpassend und zu laut. In einem so guten - auch preislich abgehobenen Restaurant - andere Gäste am Nebentisch einfach laut und endlos mit dem Handy telefonieren zu lassen, war echt störend. Sollte man einfach verbieten oder die Leute sollen doch rausgehen.

The food, ambiance and speaking with the head chef was absolutely superb. Unfortunately at the end of the meal we had to wait too long to receive our bill. Even after several attempts of eye contact, there was no hurry to come to our table to check on us. I finally had to get up to find the host/hostess by waiting outside of the kitchen. We’ll definitely be back for the food, but I will let them know when we will be ready to finish our meal well in advance.
