The Rooftop is our bar area and is available on a walk in basis for groups of 1-14 guests. We do not accept general online bookings for the rooftop bar. A full bar meze menu is available to order from on the day. For parties of 15+ please enquire at bookings@babylonrooftop.com.au - minimum spends apply.

The only reservations accepted on this page are for prepaid experiences.
Every Saturday we offer Meze and Mimosa bookings at 11:00am which includes 1.5 hours of bottomless Mimosa's and chefs selection meze.
On Sundays we offer Sunday Meze and Mimosa bookings at 12:00pm which includes 1.5 hours of bottomless Mimosa's and chefs selection meze. The price to book this experience includes a 10% surcharge for Sunday bookings.

Reservations for the Restaurant inside can be made through Babylon RESTAURANT open table.

On Public Holidays a 15% surcharge and on Sundays a 10% surcharge apply to all food and beverage

Attended Innocent Bystander Wines event advertised as Join us for a one-of-a-kind long lunch as we join forces with the talented team at Innocent Bystander to bring you 2 hours of iconic food & wine The Innocent Bystander team could not have been more amazing with the wines. tastings, top ups and descriptions. The food on the other hand??? Have eaten many times at Babylon and while always great, the service was atrocious. Rude cocktail bar tender on arrival that could not have given a toss about the event. Then food 1st course of the starters arrived 45 minutes into a 2-hour bracket and then 2nd round at 1 hour 45 minutes. Lucky there was plenty of wine or we would have walked out. Innocent Bystander need to find a better venue and partner to collaborate with, that actually cares about an event in their establishment. It really was not that busy, but food staff walked around like zombies with no clue. 2 usually great brands let down by Babylon on this occasion.

Can highly recommend the Innocent Bystander Long Lunch. The food, the wine, the service - it was all great & plentiful, very enjoyable. And the team from Innocent Bystander did a great job looking after us with their wine pairings and selections. There were certainly some wines we tried that we'll be having again!

The live music was great. The food was nice and the cocktails were good. However the slow service is a let-down. We were there for 2 hours and only had one cocktail and some snacks. If the service was faster, we would have liked to have ordered another drink in that time.

Having a tab but not being able to have a group order through an app and ordering at the bar was more cumbersome than it needed to be. Traversing the premises multiple times with large drink trays as a patron was not anticipated.
