   Food quality wise is decent but had a lot of selection, the prime rib and cuts of meat were very dry. The servers cutting the meat were very unenthusiastic and felt annoyed when we asked for a cut of prime rib. The transition from lunch to dinner selection was very ambiguous and not listed anywhere resulting in almost empty sections throughout the buffet. At the Italian section, there were no pizzas. There were no labels on most of the food as well. Our servers were super attentive and friendly and always checked up on us.

   Food was ok. Over price for the buffet. 90 minutes was not enough time to enjoy buffet. We were rushed to finish our food

   Our table was (too) close to the counters so a lot of people stood in line next to our table. Quite a few meat items and the rice were cold. A few heating lamps would help. Once the crowd 'attacks' the fresh crab a big part of the buffet becomes unreachable due to the long waiting line. Our server did a great job serving us!

   The service was really nice, the food is mediocre. I would say to go once honestly just for the experience. The Mexican station was the best, felt like the seafood wasn’t fresh smelt and tasted weird. UBE HORCHATA IS A MUST!

   Stand in line for over an hour with reservation. The line/seating arrangement was so unorganized it was pitiful. The food is ok - but just ok considering the cost. I have better value at other less expensive Buffets. Note: this was my third time in 4 years at this Buffet and the food is the same while the line/seating has gotten worst. Save some money and try the Buffet at Palms.

    Despite having reservations, we waited in line for over an hour! When we arrived 20 min prior to our reservation line, we found a very long snaking line wrapping down the back hall. We asked multiple staff members where people with reservations should go only to be repeatedly directed to that line. We asked the customers in line if they had reservations. Some said yes, some said no. It made no sense. We finally insisted that they walk us to the appropriate line instead of vaguely waving their hands and saying go to the back of the line. After finding the correct line, we waited another 55 min before being seated. We noticed while waiting that some of the people in the line for those with bo reservations were periodically being let in. Why would you let those folks in when people with reservations were waiting nearly an hour past their reserved timecto be let in? RIDICULOUS! The food was better than most high end buffets but not good enough to justify their horrible set up, lack of signage or trained staff, and completely rude service.
