Great seafood ! Good meat selection and usual Italian, Mexican, etc. enjoyed the crepe station at dessert area. Definitely make a reservation, much less wait time.

The food was just okay. It was way over-hyped. Honestly, the best things there were the ube horchata and the fresh bread with truffle butter. The lobster was watery and tough, and the prime rib was mealy and unpleasant. The tomato soup was cold. You’re better off spending the money elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend bothering with any of the buffets. There are much better AYCE options off the main Strip that are table-service rather than buffet, and thus fresher.

Amazing food and selection. The only issue was the waitress refilling our drinks. Don’t skip desert!

Super bien la comida. Solo que yo iba solo y me hicieron esperar aunque llegue temprano y pasaron primero a las personas que venían atrás de mí.

Not a bargain, but nothing on the Strip is. Took my niece here to show her perhaps the epitome of variety and quality.

Food was not fresh and tasted old. Plates were never picked up and tables stayed dirty the entire time. Definitely not worth the cost. I would suggest Wynn buffet over this any day. Far more fresh and clean

We had high expectations for Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace, but unfortunately, our visit today was a major letdown. The food was cold, uninspired, and shockingly unchanged from our visit a decade ago. For a buffet that boasts variety and quality, the selection felt outdated and lacked any innovation. One glaring issue was the price—it’s extremely high for the level of food and experience provided. With such a steep cost, we expected at least fresh, well-prepared dishes, but instead, we were met with subpar offerings that didn’t justify the expense. Adding to the disappointment, they only serve Pepsi products, which isn’t a dealbreaker but felt like another notch in the overall underwhelming experience. The atmosphere also left much to be desired. The table and chairs were noticeably worn down, showing clear signs of age and neglect. We were seated in the back of the restaurant against a wall, which made for an uninviting and cramped dining experience. To top it all off, the food made us sick, which is absolutely unacceptable for a buffet of this caliber. Given all these issues, it’s hard to see how Bacchanal still maintains its reputation. At this point, they should seriously consider shutting down or at least doing a major overhaul. As it stands, we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone—it was bad all around.
