   Food was good, but you still need to stay on the check-in line for about one hour to get in, even you have reservation. We have reservation at 6:15pm and sit down to eat at 7:10pm.

   Love the Bacchanal but that check in process is ridiculous. Stage 1 - 20 minutes to get to the check- in podium, Stage 2 - 10 minutes to get to a cashier to pay, Stage 3 - another 10 minutes on a 3rd line to be seated! Really?!?!?!

   We made reservations but waited to be seated got over an hour. Our waitress did not show up for 10 min, then forgot to bring crab leg tongs. We asked twice, then she only brought 2 for 4 of us. She did not bother to refill our water or clean the table for an hour. The hot crab legs were “ok” but the cold claws were awful and I got a a spoiled one. I had a stomach ache all night. So we basically set at a dirty table with spoiled food for $400. And they give u 90 min to eat and get out. That was my mother’s birthday dinner. Very disappointed.

   We had a reservation for 5pm de were not seated until 520, far away from the food. It was only 2 of us. They reminded us we only had 90 minutes but 20 of those minutes were used waiting in a long line to be seated. The desserts were sub par for the price of the buffet. Overall way too expensive for the quality of food. Plates were not bussed constantly and we had to keep asking for refills on our drinks, they asked if we wanted to tip on a 189.00 bill before we even were seated. Yes 189.00 for 2 people . Go somewhere else.

   We paid $300 for two adults, and two kids (7 & 2). I definitely didn’t feel like we got our money’s worth because the food is good, not great. Major sticker shock. Partial buyers remorse. They did seat us in a corner so it was comfortable and pretty quiet, and they were prompt with refills and used plate pick up.

   Way too much for a smaller selection than just a few months ago. Never got a refill on drinks until we asked several times. Normally $65 but it was $105. To to much for the quality!! Go to the Wynn!

   We made a reservation for 8:00pm, and when we checked in at 7:30pm, we were told that we needed to go to the end of a very long line and wait our turn to be seated. It took 1.25 hours to get through the line and to a table. The food was good, but not the quality that I expected for a $100 p/person buffet. Would not recommend the restaurant to others. There are plenty of other restaurants to choose from.

   Not worth the wait or expense. The food was good. The service was poor and of course they want their tip prior to any service being provided. You are required to have a reservation just to stand in line. It took us an hour just to get to the front of the line.

    Just a heads up, the reservation is to allow you to wait in this 45 minute to 1 hour wait line. There are no signs to explain this, you just have to ask. The food was great & our server was awesome but we wished that we were told this reservation is not to guarantee your time but to allow you to sit in this long line
