   The environment is pretty good, very beautiful interior design. Food was average , but I didn’t expect it to be excellent so still meet the expectations. It’s a very busy Sat so not easy to ask for help from staffs. Overall, experience is good.

   Review: Exceptional Dining Experience at Bacchanalia From the moment we arrived at Bacchanalia, we were met with exceptional hospitality. Despite a queue at the entrance, the attentive staff promptly acknowledged our arrival and ensured we were seated within five minutes. As soon as we settled in, we were offered a choice between still or sparkling water, setting the tone for the level of attentiveness throughout the evening. Anna took the time to walk us through the menu, providing clear explanations that helped us navigate the options with ease. Nikos, who took our order, was an absolute standout. His attentiveness and thoughtful recommendations made our dining experience even more enjoyable. He ensured that each course, from starters to dessert, was delivered seamlessly, checking in regularly to make sure we were well taken care of and fully satisfied. The service at Bacchanalia truly elevated our meal, making for a memorable and enjoyable evening. The combination of warm hospitality, knowledgeable staff, and impeccable service makes it a dining experience worth returning to.

   Staff were lovely, helpful and welcoming. The restaurant is beautiful and the lunch set menu is very well priced for the calibre of restaurant. The ravioli starter was great, however we were waiting over 30 minutes for our steaks to arrive and when they did they were completely cold and impossible to eat. We then had to wait another 20 minutes to get the steak again. Tiramisu was lovely though and the wine pairing was great!

   Amazing expreince warm welcoming even we late 10 min .food was amazing .best atmosfer we choose sunday lunch it was great.nikos took care of us lovely with a big smile.thank you very much again see you soon

   Cold welcome on entry to inside - doorman very friendly. Terrible first table - next to service station and my wife crowded by 3 servers. Moved to nice table - good service and excellent food. Cold departure - hostesses are very miserable - maybe because my jumper wasn't designer - don't know. They need to smile and be friendly.

    Beginning of February...wet, dull, miserable... So what better way to cheer up the month than by a visit to Bacchanalia for it's set menu.  To start with the setting ...what can one say? The giant statues, frescos, mosaic floors, it's a feast for the eyes. And far from the comments that you feel like you are eating in a museum...it is warm with a cosy feel.  The set menu, two courses for £32 or three for £39, sides are extra £5 per dish, extra starters at £4 each. The set menu consists of 4 starters, 4 main courses and two desserts. We chose the fried ravioli and the thinly sliced veal. The ravioli was sadly quite dry and tasteless...the veal was ok. Main courses... octopus salad noticeably missing octopus...grilled salmon...very vinegary.  The drinks....the Portuguese white wine.. excellent, the cocktail...the Pick me Up ... excellent...the coffee was for once in a restaurant was very good  Now...the biggest let down was the service. It was all over the place. We seemed to have visited on "bring your own clothes day". There was no consistency, either they were in your face or absent. They were dressed as if they were attending a dress down school day! Overall...my feelings. Disappointing....not worth the money. So..... don't visit. It's not worth it
