   We used to love Bakersfield. The food and drink quality isn’t even comparable to what it used to be. The margaritas were way too sugary and the tacos were bland and cold. We agreed that we weren’t sure we would return with many better options to pick from.

   Service was very slow and got our app with no drinks - asked for water never got it Finally our drinks came 20 min later Sat us by bottom of stairs at a 2 top so high traffic area Love this place typically but not a good experience this time

   Really busy and they were not sure of our reservation. Drinks arrived after the mains did even though they were ordered before appetizers. Food however was delicious. Amazing guac and everything was delicious and fresh.

   It’s too bad about the odd, unpleasant smell we experienced in the outdoor seating area. Otherwise we love this place and usually love to sit outside at this restaurant.

   We chose this restaurant while attending a national healthcare design conference. Nice walk from the convention center and provided a casual atmosphere and great margaritas. Worth leaving the typical restaurants immediately to the hotels and convention center for a change of pace. Good value and energetic location clearly frequented by locals.
