    The whole staff was fantastic and the dishes were both beautiful and delicious! Highly recommend the shrimp tacos :) everyone that touched that table was amazing!

    A “just okay” experience this time. After going for our anniversary and being so impressed last year we were looking forward to returning to Bardea steak. Unfortunately this visit out was a bit of a disappointment. Were were immediately asked if we were there for restaurant week, and were only offered the prix fixe menu. We ordered cocktails during our first interaction with our server. Unfortunately it took 45 minutes (!!) to get the cocktails to our table. In fact they didn’t arrive until after the appetizers, and mere moments before the bottle of wine we also ordered. The cocktails were excellent and probably the best part of the night. When we ordered I asked to see the regular menu as well, as we wanted to supplement the Prix Fixe menu with some additional sides. The server came back to inform us that it was either all restaurant week menu or all regular menu. No additions off the regular menu allowed. I still don’t really understand why we wouldn’t be able to order and pay for additional sides? The food was very good, not great. The lamb on the lamb gnocchi was not very flavorful but the gnocchi was great. The beef empanadas were cheesy and tasty but filling was very “juicy”. The steak was cooked perfectly, and tasty. Pichania was served in a more traditional steakhouse style without the fat cap, but the thick cut lent itself well to a mid rare temp. The highlight of the meal was the broccoli di Ciccio that was served with lemon and chili crisp and made a delicious combination. The loaded potato was also good, but the leek sauce was the star of that dish. The s’more dessert was good, but didn’t pair well with the berry sauce it was served with. Overall a good meal, but just not the excellent you expect from the name and for the price. We got the feeling that we should be lucky to be there for restaurant week. I think we’ll skip Bardea steak for something else next time.

    Bardea Steak delivered the best steakhouse experience from start to finish!! Everything was delicious, I mean EVERYTHING! The food, the presentation, wine pairings were on point.

    this was our first experience at Bardea steak we were extremely pleased. We were seated immediately in a great location. The ambience of the room was very comfortable and classic steakhouse. The wine list was very diversified and perfect for a evening of steak. The food choices were excellent, and the steak and other items were absolutely delicious perfectly prepared . We would come back here anytime.

    Was a complete pleasure to dine here. David was an excellent server. Coming for my anniversary was a great choice. Amazing service and amazing food. Absolutely support the service fee for workers. Loved my dining experience.

    The service was impeccable. It was clear that everyone, from the servers to the Maitre d' cared that your every need be met. The food was very good, from the appetizers to the main courses and dessert. If we had any problem, it would be that the sound level was very high, which made it difficult for my wife and me to carry on a conversation. Could have been more important if we weren't already married. I don't know that there is much you could do about it. Atmosphere was excellent. The room temperature for me was perfect, and the fireplaces were a nice touch. Felt like an old New York City steakhouse.

    Bardea Steak was a fantastic dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain each dish, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant itself was spotless and had a great atmosphere—definitely a place that makes you want to linger. We started with the Elk Meatballs and the Beef Empanadas. The meatballs, unfortunately, were a bit tough—almost like they’d been overcooked. The empanadas were delicious, though they leaned more towards a cheesesteak vibe than a traditional beef empanada. Not bad, just not quite what we expected. But the entrées? Absolute showstoppers. The Aberdeen Angus NY Strip with Smoked Red Cabbage was incredibly tender and packed with flavor. And the Holstein Picanha with a loaded potato? Wow. "Well-seasoned" doesn’t even begin to cover it—it was rich, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth good. For dessert, we both went with the S’mores Cake, and it was delightful! It had a nostalgic, chocolatey crunch that reminded me of a TimTam—decadent but not overly heavy. A special shoutout to our waiter, Darrell—he was excellent, attentive, and, as a bonus, smelled great (always a plus!). Would I go again? Absolutely. While the appetizers weren’t the highlight, the entrées more than made up for it. If you’re looking for a steakhouse that knows how to do meat right, Bardea Steak is a must-visit.
