   Really enjoy eating at Bardo, service is always great. Tried the brunch for the first time spring 2025 and thought the food selection was good, faster than expected service on the plates being brought to the table! Recommend and good value if you plan on eating a lot and want to try new/different parts of the menu. Personal favourites are the shakshuka, eggs benny and the trifle! Bottomless coffee is a bonus! It was super busy but expected. Tables close together but again expected.

   Bardo is the place to go for a birthday brunch! Something for everyone, everything was delish and the service is incredible. Love it.

   We Love the menu/food and have always had good table side service. Our last two visits to Bardo we have made reservations to be sure that we could all maximize our time in our busy schedules. Both times we have shown up on time or 10-5 minutes early and have had to wait up to 20-30 after our reserved time for our table.

   5 stars for good food and service. The building itself is gorgeous but the tables are close, so much that we joked with our neighbours because we were eavesdropping on each other's conversation. The noise level, given how close people are to each other, is quite loud. I found it difficult sometimes to hear the conversation at my own table. The food was delish, our server, Heather, was awesome.

   Our waiters were fantastic, but the food wasn’t as good as we expected. My Bardō bowl was more like a salad than a Bardō bowl, and my son’s braised beef was tasteless and dry, and the portion was very small with a huge amount of potatoes…disappointing!

   Two members of our group ordered risotto. It was a $27 item on the menu. The taste of the dish was so salty they stopped eating their orders after consuming little of their portions.
