BARTOLOMÉ ROOFTOP by chef David del Nuevo, is based on classic spanish cuisine, updated with modern techniques and local seasonal products. Its main actor is embers cuisine, with the personal touch of the chef, who combines different textures, flavors and design in each of his dishes.

Its concept is the meeting and the culinary requirement: at BARTOLOMÉ ROOFTOP we offer a different gastronomic experience, prepared live, before the eyes of the diner, in a bright lounge whit a terrace where nature and architecture merge perfectly. In addition to a large kitchen whose view delights the customer´s curiosity and where you can enjoy the job of cooking live and without barriers.

We arrived to them telling us the restaurant is closed. No warning on open table they just decided to close.

Excelente lugar para platicar y degustar rica comida española. Pudiera ayudar dar capacitación al personal de meseros para que puedan explicar lo bueno que sí están los platillos.

Comida de muy alta calidad, sabores excelentes, la tarta de queso de postre espectacular. El chef David muy atento a los detalles y con atención muy calida y amable. Ambiente muy agusto. Altamente recomendable

Excellent culinary experience… all dishes were delicious. The Croquetas are the best I’ve tried in Mexico. Highly recommended

From the moment we arrived we enjoyed the location and set up of the restaurant. High quality food with local ingredients, we were delighted! We had a chance to congratulate the chef.

Fun time and great Spanish dishes. Enjoyed meeting Chef and trying various of his Arroz dishes. The Salmon salad was excellent!

Buen restaurante el chef muy atento al igual que el servicio! Precio alto, el problema es el ruido xq da a la calle! Y es abierto! Buena experiencia

If you’re looking for fast food, this is not the place this is gourmet Spanish food, chef David will make plates from scratch their boards, cheeses hams, wines absolutely delicious

Pésimo servicio y atención. Hice reservación y al llegar al lugar me informan que tienen un evento y que me pueden servir en el lobby, en el pasillo de la entrada o en “la terraza” dos mesas en la calle con peligro de lluvia. Baja el chef y ni siquiera una disculpa.
