   This was my third visit to Bastible over the last 12 months and it was the best yet. The food and wine pairing was unbelievable and I couldn't fault any dish or wine.

   The food as always was fantastic, really exciting and interesting. While the service, food and wine are excellent one of the most enjoyable things about Bastible is that despite the wonderful fare and welcome the atmosphere is incredibly relaxed which makes it a fantastic experience.    Absolutely incredible, full set menu for plant based/vegan! This was our second time at Bastible and it was SO amazing last time, we had convinced ourselves it couldn't possibly measure up. Not the case! The food is beyond lovingly crafted. To be able to sit with my partner having a full meat/fish experience and to have each plant based dish match his own in quality and creativity is very special! It's humorous that a restaurant that doesn't even advertise their vegan menu manages to absolutely crush 2 Michelin Guide vegetarian only restaurants in every way. Bastible is the dining experience we compare all others to. Thank you! <3 Bonus points for making high end food without all the fuss and stuffiness associated with fine dining. I love being given simple cutlery with each new course.

   We had a beautiful time at Bastible. What a beautiful restaurant just outside the city centre. Definitely a place we would love to go back to

   Had a great night with a friend. Great cocktails and the wine selections for the pairing were fab. Service was friendly and attentive with interesting descriptions of each course. Expensive, yes, but definitely worth it for a special night out!

   We had a fantastic meal. Full of flavour and nuances. Delicately balanced and each course of the tasting menu was a delight. We were warmly welcomed, and looked after very attentively, even to the point of a staff member going outside in the chilly December weather to secure a taxi for us. Having a separate printed vegetarian menu was greatly appreciated, and enhanced the the experience. We will be back

    Food was very good and so was the service. They don't serve beer even a craft beer which was a let down. Disappointed to not get a good table when arriving we had to sit on a bar stool for the price of the menu, the experience was let down by the seating.
