Bavaro’s opened its doors in March 2009 as the first traditional Neapolitan Pizzeria in the state of Florida.

A company committed to the art and craft of Neapolitan pizza, Bavaro’s stays true to tradition by using hand-crafted, wood-fired brick ovens designed by third-generation Neapolitan craftsmen, a 100-year-old yeast culture, 100-year-old Neapolitan recipes, and top-of-the-line ingredients sourced directly from Italy.

From a restaurant in downtown Tampa that seats 50 guests, to a global brand with a standard of quality that resonates around the world, Bavaro’s has since built 3 additional locations and continues to commit itself to the high-quality, welcoming experience that guests all around the country have grown to love.

We had a great experience at Bavaro’s last night. Jennifer took great care of us despite every table in the restaurant being full. Food was exceptional, from the wings appetizer, to our entrees (especially the salmon and the tagliatelle Al limone), and the cannolis for dessert. We will definitely be back.

One of our favorite places for pizza & pasta in St Pete! Love the dining room, patio and bar depending on the size of our party. Service is always very good!

The food at Bavaros is always delicious. I made a reservation for myself and a friend days prior and when we arrived we were asked to sit at the bar even though there were plenty of open tables. We asked if we could sit at a table instead and were told that there was a group of 8 coming in an hour and they needed one of the tables available. We were offered that we could sit at the table until the group of 8 showed and then would be asked to move to the counter, which we agreed to. Other patrons eventually cleared out and there were enough other open tables to create a table for 8. As we were finishing up our dinner and wine we were asked if we could move to the bar so others could be seated in our spot. Along with our dinner we ordered a bottle of wine and we felt very rushed out of the restaurant.

It took a long time to get our waitress attention. Once we had it, then it got better. Food is excellent noise reveal very high.
