    Nice cocktails, service, and decoration. However, even though I was assured that apple pay is accepted, I had an issue, which inevitably made me feel very uncomfortable

    Service was not bad but could have been better. We asked for a cake for the birthday cake and they didnt even put a candle. Cocktails were good but overpriced for what it is. I have been to many good cocktail clubs which are not as expensive but they were better in terms of service, quality and ambiance.

    We got married and went here for a drink - staff noticed straight away and gave us free bubbly and a brilliant seat. Felt so special and we hadn’t even mentioned the wedding when booking/ on arrival. Amazing atmosphere and staff!

    Nice ambiance and surroundings, service a little slow and impersonal, slow to refill glasses and bring snacks to table. Nice for pre dinner drinks but please try harder to engage and quicker service required.

    I had a fantastic experience at the Beaufort Bar, thanks to the amazing service from Lugiano and Adam. Both were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our visit. Adam was especially smiley and made us feel so welcome, while Lugiano’s helpfulness and attention to detail truly stood out. Their warm and approachable manner made the evening even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find such outstanding service, and they both deserve a big thank you for making our visit memorable!
